From October 9th to 16th, the pre-job training for the second batch of trainees in 2024 was successfully completed in our hospital, and the opening ceremony was held on the morning of the 16th. A total of 13 trainees from Hebei, Shandong, Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Guangdong and other places were enrolled in this training class. They are respectively studying anorectal surgery specialty, pelvic floor constipation surgery specialty, ultrasound medicine specialty and radiology specialty. The party secretary of the hospital, the director of the scientific research office, and the director of the teaching office attended the opening ceremony. All trainees, representatives of teaching teachers and staff members of relevant departments participated. The opening ceremony was presided over by the director of the teaching office.

The party secretary of the hospital, on behalf of the hospital, extended the warmest welcome to trainees from all over the country to study in our hospital. He introduced the hospital's historical culture, disciplinary characteristics and the overall arrangement of this training. He emphasized the elaborate preparation and meticulous arrangement made by the scientific research and teaching office for this training. From centralized learning to rotational learning, every link has been carefully planned to ensure that trainees can comprehensively and systematically master the knowledge and skills in the field of anorectal surgery. The party secretary put forward hopes for the trainees: First, we should advocate the construction of medical ethics and style, bravely shoulder social responsibilities, and maintain the integrity of the industry. The hospital guarantees medical and health services through multiple measures such as health education lectures, multidisciplinary construction, and optimization of diagnosis and treatment services. It is hoped that trainees can feel the original intention of the hospital together with us, offer suggestions and advice in the multidisciplinary construction of the hospital, gather industry and professional forces, and jointly do a good job in health promotion. Second, we should be pragmatic. We encourage everyone to cherish the learning opportunity. During the study period, communicate more with the leaders of the hospital and departments, clarify learning tasks and goals, and make career technical plans early. It is hoped that each trainee can learn real skills and bring new service items and technologies to the hospital when they return, bringing more patients. Third, we should have innovative thinking. This pre-job training is rich in content and highly practical. It mainly focuses on many aspects such as hospital culture, rules and regulations, medical quality, doctor-patient communication skills and legal risks, thinking and methods for writing scientific research articles, and examination technologies and diagnosis and treatment experience of disciplinary characteristic and preponderant diseases. The lecturers are responsible persons of various functional departments and discipline leaders of the hospital. 

During the training period, trainees and lecturers actively interacted and the atmosphere was harmonious. The trainees all said that they had gained a lot and were full of expectations for the upcoming advanced studies.
